(CONTRACT) Talent Acquisition Advisor - Wichita

What are your contributions to the team?

+ Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions.

+ Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding.

+ Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices.

+ Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience.

+ Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline.

+ Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement).

+ Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s image.

+ Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency.

How to thrive in this role?

+ You hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

+ You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles.

+ You have experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. Experience in a unionized environment is a strong asset.

+ You have managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

+ You are team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills.

+ You are able to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.

+ You have a strong client focus and innovative mindset.

+ You have an excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

+ You are knowledgeable of market trends and recruitment best practices.
