Corporate Recruiter - Optalis Healthcare Eastern Michigan

Position Summary:

The Corporate Recruiter leads talent acquisition strategies for Optalis facilities and the corporate office. This role supports facility recruiters, manages high-level recruitment, ensures compliance, and promotes the employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to facility recruiters on recruitment processes.

• Collaborate with leaders to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

• Manage the corporate ATS, including training and troubleshooting.

• Lead corporate and high-level recruitment efforts.

• Develop and implement sourcing and branding strategies.

• Attend job fairs and foster school partnerships for clinical rotations and hiring pipelines.

• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong recruiting and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment systems.

• Knowledge of recruitment compliance laws and best practices.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of recruitment experience.

• Preferred:

• Healthcare recruitment experience.

• SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential.

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and travel locally.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
