RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Develop creative staffing plans to generate a qualified pool of applicants for current and future openings

+ Develop job based situational and behavioral questions for current and future job openings

+ Conduct interviews for a wide-range of positions

+ Develop relationships and open lines of communication with the Business Accounts Manager to help ensure successful placements

+ Research industry to understand requirements of positions and identify successful candidates

+ Update and maintain candidate database

+ Tracks and maintains records on candidates, job listings and client status

+ Stay abreast of any changes to federal and state employment laws as it relates to interviews and hiring

+ Leverage AI Agents to be more efficient sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates.

REQUIREMENTS

+ Strong knowledge of the recruiting and staffing industry.

+ Minimum of three (3) years of previous experience as a Recruiter for a staffing agency, preferably in energy, engineering, manufacturing or light industrial.

+ Proficiency in a variety of candidate souring platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

+ Computer literate, especially in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Bullhorn

+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience

+ Excellent oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize

+ Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop a rapport with candidate base

COMPENSATION:

Salary plus monthly commission on individual placements and resulting gross profit margin.
