Position: Associate Recruiter

📍 Mechanicsburg, PA (Onsite)🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm | Full-Time

West Shore Home is hiring an Associate Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll manage the candidate experience from initial application through offer, partnering with hiring managers to identify, screen, and hire qualified candidates for our regional operations teams.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role focused on relationship building, organization, communication, and delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates

Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates

Administer candidate assessments through the Predictive Index system

Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates

Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process

Partner with hiring managers to gather feedback and refine candidate screening

Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and meet established performance goals

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

A bachelor's degree or equivalent agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
