Salary Range: $49,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

This posting covers Recruiter opportunities with manufacturers based in and around Paw Paw in Van Buren County, within about 45 minutes of the city, including South Haven, Bangor, Coloma, and Decatur.

The Opportunity

We collaborate with multiple companies in the Paw Paw area seeking experienced Recruiters. These organizations value long-term fit and look for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.

Usual Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Post job openings on job boards and company career pages.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Conduct reference checks and verify work history.
• Extend offers and support new hire onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for hard to fill manufacturing positions.
• Attend job fairs and community hiring events.
• Source and screen candidates for production and skilled trades roles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience recruiting in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and job boards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with OFCCP and equal employment opportunity practices.
• Associate or bachelor degree in human resources or business.
• Experience hiring for skilled trades such as welding or CNC.
• Knowledge of pre-employment screening and background checks.
