Sr. Corporate Recruiter - CONTRACT/TEMPORARY

Job Description:

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc., has an opening in its Anderson, SC office for a Sr. Corporate Recruiter (ON A FULL-TIME TEMPORARY/CONTRACT BASIS) that will assist in the recruitment of various full-time, part-time, and temporary positions within the organization. Primary Responsibilities

+ Partner with department heads to ascertain staffing needs

+ Utilize recruitment tools and strategies to identify and source qualified candidates

+ Prescreen all qualified applicants

+ Spearhead the organization and scheduling of interviews

+ Guide applicants through the hiring process

+ Coordinate new hire onboarding process

+ Various administrative duties (check requests, booking travel, creating job descriptions, position grading, expense reimbursement, etc...).

+ Creation of recruitment material

+ Represent TTI at various local and regional career fairs

+ Form creative solutions to staffing issues

+ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

+ 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field

+ 5+ years of general recruiting experience

+ DESIRED: experience recruiting salaried Engineers (EE, ME specifically)

+ Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products

+ Passion for a career in Human Resources
