  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders and HR Business Partners, using talent data, market intelligence, and external insights to influence hiring strategies and decisions.
  • Lead recruiting for IT, Digital, Data, Technology, and other specialized capabilities, with a strong understanding of technical talent markets and passive candidate engagement.
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including talent mapping, proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment, selection, offer management, and hiring.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines and communities for critical, recurring, and emerging skill areas.
  • Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools and technology to improve sourcing, research, candidate identification and engagement, recruiter productivity, and overall recruiting effectiveness.

  • Partner with hiring leaders to develop compelling job descriptions, sourcing strategies, interview plans, and talent attraction approaches.
  • Analyze recruiting performance and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, pipeline health, sourcing outcomes, and candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Lead cross-functional Talent Acquisition initiatives and continuously explore new technologies, sourcing methods, and talent intelligence approaches that create a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting IT, Digital, Data, Technology, or other specialized talent.
  • Strong proactive sourcing capabilities, including talent mapping, Boolean search, professional networks, passive candidate engagement, and technology-enabled sourcing.
  • Experience or strong aptitude using AI-enabled recruiting tools and digital technology to improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate recruiting data, labor-market intelligence, and talent insights into recommendations for business and HR leaders.
  • Proven ability to operate as a consultative Talent Acquisition partner and influence hiring decisions.
